Our 2-Axis automated loader system are designed to load unload parts in CNC Turning Lathes. Constructed with LM Shafts and Ball Screw Rods, the loader system uses X and Z axes to move parts, often controlled by Servo Motors for fast and precise handling of work piece in a shorter time. This modular system handles Part dividing, transferring, locating and unloading, with the aid of multi Pneumatic Cylinders. The Axes and defined tasks are controlled by PLC with sequential programs. The consistent in handling the tasks will improve productivity and allows a single operator to manage multiple machines.
